Not Your Usual Terror Tunnels Under Israel

Of course, we all know about the terror tunnels under Gaza, and there is talk of tunnels under our northern border as well. The Arabs hope to flood our lands with terrorists popping up from the ground in our kibbutzim and moshavim, like armed groundhogs with the sole goal of murdering or abducting as many of us as possible. But there are other ways to tunnel under Israel and undermine our security, making the ground on which we stand liable to quake and shift even as the soil feels solid beneath our feet.

These less recognized tunnels are psychological terror tunnels. They are being dug and maintained at this very moment by Arabs who now call themselves Palestinians. Like the cement tunnels, these are also supported by funds contributed by stooges in Europe and elsewhere.

Now we also have a young journalist, who feels it incumbent to take upon herself the task of recording what is going on under Israeli “occupation”. I am sure she believes everything she says. The evil lies in the adults around her who know the truth and convince the younger generation that truth is lies and lies are truth.

Seeing this, I wonder what hope there is for peace. There is no concern here for being politically correct – they openly declare that their purpose is to eliminate Israel from the map. Takes a particularly closed mind not to see that. They don’t want peace – they want conquest. This is what these kids are being taught.

Moses had to wander with the Israelites for 40 years in the desert in order to “take the slavery out of the Jew” after the Jews had been released from slavery. How can anyone hope to take the Jew-hatred out of these kids even if, by some miracle, they are one day released from the psychological terror tunnels within which they are being raised?

How long after peace will have been declared will we need in order to have the confidence that there won’t be some Arabs who gain our trust and confidence only to turn around and suddenly stab someone in the back? After all, there have been cases of long-time Arab employees stabbing their Jewish employers (such as has happened on farms and orchards). These were isolated incidents, but when you are the victim it is no longer an isolated case.

How long, then, would it take to get rid of the psychological terrorist tunnels?
