Arab American Institute Predicted UNSC Resolution 2334 In October

How did they know about this two months before it actually happened?

In an article published in October 2016 entitled, “How Obama can salvage his legacy on Israel-Palestine“, author James Zogby, president of the Arab American Institute, wrote:

This administration, like those before it, will argue that its hands are tied — that Congress will undercut or overrule it. But in the last three months of this administration, President Obama has an opportunity to set things right. He can, for example, restate the 1970s State Department finding (which has never been overturned) that all settlement activity is illegal. He can allow the Security Council to pass a resolution declaring the illegality of settlements and imposing international sanctions against Israel for its violations of international law. And he can refuse to block an Arab effort to refer the issue to the International Criminal Court. [emphasis mine]

Was the Arab American Institute privy to what Obama was planning to do? It almost seems that way. Alternatively, perhaps, it was the Arab American Institute that gave Obama the idea to push forward UNSC Resolution 2334 in the first place. According to the Arab American Institute prediction, I guess we can expect Israel to be sued in the International Criminal Court (ICC) just when people return to work after the New Year celebrations. Happy 2017 everyone!
